Lesia Smith

Lesia Smith is an experienced Clinical Neuropsychologist who has been practising for over a decade across South Africa and New Zealand, where she has been based since 2020. Her career has spanned private practice, NGOs, hospitals, corporate settings, and community services, with work including ACC, private referrals, Oranga Tamariki, neuropsychological and psychological assessment, and therapeutic support for individuals, couples, families, and groups.

She has a particular interest in neurodivergence, children, women’s wellbeing, and highly sensitive people. Lesia is also a certified breathwork facilitator and children’s yoga teacher, reflecting her strong interest in the connection between psychological wellbeing, the nervous system, and the body.

Her clinical style is thoughtful, empathic, sensitive, intuitive, and holistic, while remaining firmly grounded in evidence-based psychological and neuropsychological practice.
