Katie Garner is a Health Psychologist working with adolescents and adults navigating a wide range of health and life challenges. Known for her warm, compassionate approach, Katie is committed to building collaborative therapeutic relationships that support meaningful, long-term change.

She provides evidence-based treatment using a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). Her clinical experience spans diverse areas including diabetes, women’s health, rehabilitation, and trauma.
