Kayla Aisher

Kia ora, I am Kayla, a registered Counselling Psychologist with over nine years of experience supporting children and adults.

I offer a warm, collaborative and person-centred approach, creating a space where clients feel heard, understood and supported. I believe therapy is about developing a deeper understanding of ourselves, recognising unhelpful patterns and building the skills and confidence to navigate life’s challenges.

I work with a range of difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, stress, emotional regulation, adjustment and relationship challenges. My approach draws on evidence-based psychological therapies, tailored to each person’s individual needs and goals.

I aim to help clients develop greater self-awareness, make meaningful changes and move towards a life that feels more fulfilling and aligned with what matters to them.
