Midi is a Registered Social Worker with 5+ years of work experience in Mental Health.  She specialises in Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating and Body Image work and is passionate about  supporting people to break free from eating disorders.  Midi provides evidence-based tools from the CBT, ACT and DBT models, tailored specifically for disordered eating to support clients wanting to break free from disordered eating and negative body image.  Her coaching approach is a combination of her lived experience of having battled with bulimia for 10 years during her adolescence and early adult life, her academic knowledge from a Masters in Nutrition and Masters in Social Work, and 5+ years of work experience in Mental health. She provides tailored recovery plans specific to each individual needs with online coaching, in-between session support, phone support and group work.
