Sarah Rankin is a health psychologist with experience across hospital and primary healthcare settings. She offers a warm, compassionate and collaborative approach to therapy, creating a supportive space where clients can better understand themselves, navigate challenges and reconnect with what matters most to them.

Sarah's work is informed by a holistic understanding of the connection between emotional wellbeing, physical health and daily life. Therapy is tailored to each individual and may be short or longer term depending on a person’s needs, goals and circumstances. She aims to support clients in developing greater self-awareness, resilience and self-compassion, while building practical and sustainable ways of coping and moving forward.
