Halen Grbich

Halen is an NZAC registered counsellor. She graduated from Auckland University of Technology with a bachelor's degree. She has worked with individuals and couples facing a variety of issues and challenges, and with this - understands the complexities and the fragility of ourselves as relational beings.

She specialises in anxiety, grief, anger, issues with intimacy, dyspareunia (painful intercourse), porn addiction, as well as work/life balance.

Person-centred forms the basis of her work however she works pluralistically, often integrating other modalities in sessions, ensuring sessions are tailored to clients.

Halen brings warmth, empathy, and unconditional positive regard to the therapeutic space and finds this work incredibly rewarding and humbling.
