Emily Searle

Emily is a registered psychologist with experience working with children and adults with disabilities. She is passionate in supporting people to increase their independence and access a meaningful and fulfilling life. Emily gained experience supporting children and adults across various settings, including educational, residential care, and family homes. She has worked on increasing skills related to independence living, communication, and engagement, reducing challenging behaviours and barriers to learning. When designing therapy plans Emily considers a clients entire environment, focusing on the skills which are important to them and their strengths to create a fun and motivating setting to cultivate learning, choice making and self-advocacy.
