Becky Bradley

"Becky Bradley (she/her) is a registered counsellor with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and has experience supporting adults in Aotearoa and Canada. She works with a broad range of challenges, including everyday life stresses, identity and belonging, as well as anxiety, OCD, and disordered eating.

Becky offers a warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental space where clients feel supported to explore their inner world and move toward meaningful change. Her primary modality is Internal Family Systems (IFS), and she also draws on other evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - Enhanced (CBT-E), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness-based practices.

She has a special interest in working with clients exploring cross-cultural identity and belonging, informed by her own international upbringing. Becky is committed to tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs and values, supporting them to reconnect with themselves and lead more empowered, authentic lives.
