Lynn Healy is a registered psychologist with specialised training in Health Psychology. She offers a compassionate, and strengths-based approach, creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you navigate life’s challenges.

Lynn's therapeutic approach draws on evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Self-Compassion, tailored to your individual needs. Together, you will better understand your experiences, build resilience, and develop ways of coping that support meaningful, lasting change.

Lynn works with adults experiencing a range of psychological concerns, including those related to physical health conditions and broader life experiences that impact wellbeing. Her clinical background includes hospital and private healthcare settings across diabetes, injury and persistent pain services.
