Dr Jennifer O'Callaghan has worked in the adult mental health field in both public and private practice settings for a number of years. Jennifer acknowledges the importance of a positive relationship between client and therapist for change to happen. She creates connections with clients, based on warmth, respect and trust. Drawing on numerous therapeutic approaches, Jennifer works with people to understand and move through the challenges they may be facing
