Keyla Losa

Keyla is a registered Counselling Psychologist who works with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, attention and focus challenges, and attachment-related concerns. She has a particular interest in supporting neurodiverse clients, including those with ADHD and autism, and helping individuals better understand how their minds and emotions work.

Keyla works in a warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental way, creating a space where clients feel safe to explore challenges and build practical skills to improve their day-to-day functioning and wellbeing. She supports clients to develop emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and feel more confident managing life’s demands.

While much of her work focuses on anxiety and neurodiversity, Keyla also has experience supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, including sensitive claims, and works in a trauma-informed and paced way when this is part of a client’s journey.

Her approach is flexible and tailored to each individual, drawing on evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and Sandtray Therapy. She adapts her work to suit each client’s developmental stage, strengths, and goals.
