Jénine Smith

Jénine Smith is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across public and private mental health settings.

She works with the full range of psychological complexity - including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, emotional dysregulation, identity and life transitions, relationship difficulties, and co-occurring presentations - bringing a warm, collaborative approach that helps clients feel genuinely heard and supported.

Jénine draws on a range of evidence-based therapies and holds specialist qualifications in two neuroscience-informed modalities: she is an Advanced Practitioner in BrainWorking Recursive Therapy (BWRT®️) and a qualified Trainer in Binaural Beat RESET Therapy (BBRT).

She is passionate about helping people understand themselves more deeply, move beyond what has kept them stuck, and build lives that feel more fully their own - whether navigating crisis or simply seeking greater clarity and perspective.
