Clarence (Cashmen) Fillis

I have been working with individuals, couples, and families across diverse emotional, mental health, relational, transitional, and developmental concerns. This includes working with people who have high and complex mental health challenges. Together, we will focus on identifying your needs, setting meaningful goals, and finding practical or alternative solutions to remove the barriers holding you back, thus shaping therapy around what matters most for you - to be you.

My approach is flexible, collaborative, person-centred and Humanistic; integrating various methodologies - such as cognitive, behavioural, systemic, somatic, relaxation and psychodynamic therapies—to understand each client as a whole person. A pluralistic approach allows us to unpack the complex factors which affect your wellbeing and to tailor therapy exclusively for you.

I bring a rich range of personal and cultural experience and additional certification in trauma, PTSD and phobias also currently completing hypnotherapy and an extensive course in depression and anxiety.
