Chantelle is a registered psychologist who is experienced in supporting people to manage psychological difficulties, and the challenges associated with physical health.

She is experienced in working with low mood, stress; anxiety; adjustment to profound change; and working through the stressors and challenges of life, health related or otherwise. Her background includes several years of working in hospital/health settings with individuals managing chronic health issues, and acute illness.

Chantelle recognises that coming to therapy can be a big step, and brings a compassionate and gentle approach. She seeks to provide a safe and collaborative space to address challenges.

Chantelle uses interventions drawn from evidence-based therapeutic models, and seeks to help individuals to understand themselves better, improve their sense of wellbeing, and create meaningful and lasting change.
