Vicky Francis

I am a Registered Counselling Psychologist working with adolescents, young people, and adults navigating a range of challenges, including anxiety, low mood, trauma, OCD, neurodiversity, stress, substance use, and periods of feeling stuck or overwhelmed. In addition to therapy, I offer comprehensive ADHD assessments for children, teenagers and adults.

I aim to create a calm, thoughtful space where we can make sense of what is happening and develop practical strategies that support meaningful change. My approach is collaborative, grounded in evidence, and responsive to your individual needs and goals. I value clarity, emotional safety, and building skills that translate into everyday life.

Cultural safety is central to my practice. I have experience working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, as well as those with differing accessibility, communication, and neurodivergent needs. I strive to work in ways that are respectful, inclusive, and attuned to each person’s lived experience.

I currently have availability for appointments on Fridays during business hours.
