Swati is a compassionate, client-centred counsellor with over five years of experience in therapeutic work, following a 16-year leadership career across multinational organisations. Her diverse background brings emotional insight, cultural intelligence, and grounded presence to her practice.

Having lived in India, Singapore, and now Aotearoa New Zealand, Swati supports clients navigating trauma, migration, life transitions, and identity. She offers individual counselling, group therapy, and community-based programs. Her approach integrates evidence-based therapies such as CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. She also incorporates pranayama and breathwork to support nervous system regulation—especially in trauma recovery. Swati honours Māori values and provides a safe, inclusive space that is LGBTQIA+ affirmative.
