Sarah has over 35 years experience helping people make the changes they want to live a happier and fuller life. She has a warm, empathic and sensitive approach to help explore difficult issues. She is able to draw from her wealth of knowledge and life experiences to create a compassionate therapeutic relationship. Sarah has experience working with individuals, couples and families from a range of cultural backgrounds, age groups and presenting issues. She trained as a Family Therapist and has 20 years experience working with families to bring about change.
