Garth Baldwin

Garth Baldwin is a consultant clinical psychologist who has over ten years’ experience working with adult clients in both the private and public health sectors. He places the highest importance on the therapeutic relationship and works from the belief that he and his clients become a team to overcome the clients’ challenges together.

Garth works from two core approaches and integrates elements of cognitive behavior therapy and psychodynamic psychology to bring about meaningful change in the lives of his clients. By focusing on understanding ourselves we can move into a space of reflective change and break free from the chains that hold us stuck.
