Ruth Driver

Ruth is a clinical psychologist with more than 15 years of experience working with adults across the lifespan. She feels privileged when people share their stories and struggles with her and she strives to help them to feel safe, accepted and listened to. Ruth's goal is to guide her clients towards not only effectively addressing the challenges that bring them to therapy, but to enhance their capacity for self-reflection and self-compassion.

Ruth has a relaxed, friendly approach in therapy, with a focus on evidence-based models of treatment. She receives regular clinical supervision and is committed to ongoing professional development to ensure that she is maintaining the standards expected of her profession.
