Philippa Loseby

I am a qualified Health Psychologist with experience supporting individuals and whānau through challenges related to health, wellbeing, and life circumstances. My work includes helping people adjust to change, manage stress or anxiety, cope with grief or loss, adjust to health challenges, and develop positive behaviour change and self-care.

I take a compassionate and flexible approach, tailoring support to each person’s unique needs, values, and goals. I recognise the importance of considering all aspects of wellbeing — physical, emotional, social, and spiritual — as well as the influence of people’s environments and life contexts.

Reaching out for support can be a courageous step, and I aim to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel heard and supported. Together, we explore experiences, build coping strategies, and work toward meaningful, sustainable change and an improved sense of balance and wellbeing.
