Bradie Niederberger

Kia ora, I’m a registered social worker and mental health clinician with 10+ years of experience, predominantly within specialist youth mental health services.

I support young people and adults with experiences of anxiety, depression, stress, the impacts of trauma, eating concerns, relationship and adjustment difficulties, grief, and other life and mental health challenges.

An area of my practice is supporting young people through transitions to adulthood, which can bring significant challenges. I also offer sessions for parents and carers, helping to navigate these stages with greater confidence and understanding. Together, we can explore ways to support your young person while also caring for your own wellbeing.

My practice is grounded in connections, whanaungatanga, manaakitanga, and respect. I aim to offer a comforting and safe therapeutic relationship to explore what’s hard and provide support that is practically helpful. I like to draw on approaches I have trained in, including ACT, CBT, CFT, and EFT.

I look forward to connecting and exploring whether this feels like the right fit for you.
