Agata Wlodarczyk

Originally from Poland and living in New Zealand since 2015, I have developed a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and different perspectives on wellbeing. I value culturally safe practice and feel privileged to have learnt from Māori clients, colleagues, and cultural advisors about the importance of wairua and holistic healing. Through both my personal life and professional work, I have also gained a good understanding of Asian cultures. I strive to create a respectful and inclusive space where each person's cultural background, values, and beliefs are acknowledged and valued.

My passion is supporting people who have experienced trauma, helping them reconnect with themselves rather than defining themselves by what has happened to them. I believe healing involves the mind, body, and spirit, and I enjoy integrating evidence-based counselling with a holistic approach that honours each person's unique journey. Whether spirituality is an important part of your life or you are simply looking for a deeper understanding of yourself, I will meet you where you are.
