Anne-Sophie Selwyn

Anne-Sophie is a psychologist with over 20 years experience working with adults in both public and private mental health settings in Australia and New Zealand. Anne-Sophie offers an eclectic approach, incorporating a range of evidence-based modalities including ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT (Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy), Trauma-informed and Mindfulness-based practices as well as Brainspotting (which is a specific neuroscience based therapy). Anne-Sophie has experience working with a range of presentations from normal everyday concerns such as stress management and relationship issues to mental health difficulties such as eating disorders, anxiety, depression and PTSD.

Anne-Sophie can offer you a compassionate, non-judgmental and warm therapeutic environment where you are the expert on your issues and within you, you have the resources for healing and recovery. Every person is different so Anne-Sophie will utilize various strategies according to your needs and unique personality.
