Sangita Thakur

Sangita has worked as a Psychologist for more than 25 years. She has extensive experience working with youth and adults who were abused, experienced multiple life-threatening traumas and have health issues. She has worked in alcohol and drug, mental health and hospital settings with clients from different ethnicities including refugees. Her cultural background and varied experience creates a secure environment for her clients from different cultures and helps working in a collaborative way. Her focus is to help clients become self-compassionate as they create positive changes in life. She is also passionate about helping others to achieve their goals of becoming emotionally stronger, gain self confidence and self esteem. She uses evidence based therapies and works with an eclectic approach.
