Profile

Julia qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in 2008 and has worked for Auckland DHB since that time, in both Community Mental Health, and at the Regional Eating Disorders Service. She is passionate about helping people understand and deal with difficult feelings in order to do things differently and get more of what they want out of their lives. She is experienced in helping people address a range of different problems and is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
